10. Photographs, Video, and Backstage Materials
All exclusive copyrights in photographs, video recordings, backstage materials, and other creative materials produced during a photoshoot belong to Anna Odin, the photographer and owner of the MORÉ brand. Payment for a photoshoot does not transfer copyright to the client.
The client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes, including personal storage, printing for personal use, and posting on the client's personal social-media accounts, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Promotional Session
The standard price of a MORÉ photoshoot is the price for a Promotional Session.
To book a Promotional Session, the client must separately and affirmatively accept and sign a Model Release
authorizing MORÉ and Anna Odin to use materials created during the photoshoot, including photographs, video,
backstage materials, the client's image, likeness, voice, and performance:
• on the MORÉ website and in its portfolio;
• on social-media platforms;
• in printed and digital materials;
• in promotional content and paid advertising;
• to market MORÉ, its services, and its photoshoot concepts; and
• in professional publications, competitions, presentations, and exhibitions.
The Model Release may authorize worldwide use in any media now known or later developed, without a time limit
and without additional compensation beyond the Promotional Session being offered at its stated price, to the extent
permitted by law.
MORÉ may select, retouch, crop, edit, adapt, and combine the materials with text, graphics, music, and other
elements, provided that the use is not unlawful, defamatory, materially misleading, or explicitly degrading to the
client.
MORÉ is not required to publish or use any materials.
Private Session
A client who does not wish to authorize public or promotional use of the client's identifiable image may select a
Private Session before completing the booking.
A Private Session costs 150% of the standard price of the corresponding Promotional Session.
Materials from a Private Session will not be published in MORÉ's portfolio, social-media accounts, promotional
materials, or paid advertising without the client's subsequent written consent.
MORÉ may process and disclose Private Session materials to retouchers and other contractors solely as necessary
to complete the order and may store them for the periods described in this Privacy Policy.
Selecting a Private Session does not transfer copyright to the client unless a separate written copyright assignment
expressly provides otherwise.
Choosing a Session Type
Before payment, the client will be given the opportunity to choose one of the following:
1. A Promotional Session at the standard price, with a separate Model Release; or
2. A Private Session at 150% of the standard price, without promotional use of the client's identifiable image.
Silence, failure to opt out, or merely acknowledging this Privacy Policy does not authorize advertising use of a
client's image. Advertising permission must be provided through a separate affirmative acceptance and Model
Release.
