MORÉ PROMOTIONAL SESSION MODEL RELEASE


Version 1.0 — Effective August 1, 2026
This Model Release applies to MORÉ photoshoots offered at the standard Promotional Session price.
By booking a Promotional Session and checking the required consent box, you enter into this Model Release with Anna Odin, doing business as MORÉ (“MORÉ”).

1. Permission to Photograph and Record
You authorize MORÉ and its photographers and production team to photograph, film, and record you during your photoshoot.
The materials covered by this Release include:
  • photographs and video;
  • your appearance, image, likeness, movements, and voice;
  • behind-the-scenes photographs and video;
  • edited, retouched, cropped, color-corrected, or otherwise adapted versions of these materials.

2. Permission to Use the Materials
You grant MORÉ a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, retouch, crop, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and promote the materials in any current or future media.
MORÉ may use selected materials for:
  • the MORÉ website and portfolio;
  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media;
  • organic and paid advertising;
  • digital and printed promotional materials;
  • press features, publications, presentations, exhibitions, and competitions;
  • examples of MORÉ photoshoots and services;
  • other lawful promotion of MORÉ and its photography services.
MORÉ may provide the materials to photographers, retouchers, editors, designers, advertising platforms, printers, publications, and other service providers when reasonably necessary for these purposes.
MORÉ will not knowingly use the materials in an unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, or deliberately misleading context.

3. Editing and Selection
You understand that MORÉ controls the creative selection, editing, retouching, cropping, layout, captions, and presentation of the materials.
You waive the right to inspect or approve the final materials, advertising layout, accompanying copy, or the specific places where the materials appear.
MORÉ is not required to publish or use any particular photograph or recording.

4. Ownership and Compensation
All copyrights in the photographs and recordings remain with MORÉ, the photographer, or another rights holder designated in the applicable photography agreement.
The Promotional Session price reflects the permissions granted under this Release. You will not receive additional payment, royalties, or other compensation for an authorized use of the materials.
Any personal-use rights granted to you for delivered photographs are governed separately by the MORÉ booking terms.

5. Release of Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release MORÉ, Anna Odin, and their photographers, contractors, representatives, licensees, and successors from claims arising from an authorized use of the materials, including claims based on rights of privacy, publicity, or approval.
This Release does not waive claims resulting from an unlawful use of the materials or from conduct that cannot legally be waived.

6. Promotional Session and Private Session
This Release is a condition of booking a Promotional Session at the standard price.
If you do not want your photographs, video, voice, or behind-the-scenes materials used publicly or for promotion, do not book the Promotional Session. You may instead request a Private Session, priced at 150% of the standard Promotional Session price.
A Private Session does not include permission for MORÉ to publish or use identifiable client materials for its portfolio, social media, or advertising, except where separately authorized in writing or required for private production and delivery of the client’s order.
A request to convert a Promotional Session into a Private Session must be approved by MORÉ and the applicable price difference must be paid before the photoshoot.

7. Electronic Acceptance
By checking the required Model Release box in the Cal.com booking form, you confirm that:
  • you have read and agree to this Model Release;
  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you are voluntarily booking a Promotional Session;
  • you intend your electronic acceptance to have the same effect as a handwritten signature.
Your name, email address, booking information, date and time of acceptance, and response to the required consent field may be retained as evidence of your agreement.
This Release remains effective for the materials created during the booked Promotional Session. Any modification or revocation must be agreed to by MORÉ in writing, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. General Terms
This Release is governed by the laws of the State of California.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. This Release constitutes the agreement concerning MORÉ’s promotional use of the materials and may be modified only in writing.
